On our Soundcloud account, you’ll find a previous collection of raw, honest demos recorded between 2023 and 2025. Rather than polished studio productions, these tracks offer an unfiltered look at our creative process, blending outlaw country grit, indie-pop sensibilities, and the spirit of Americana.

Our songwriting spans years, and this selection traces that evolution through three distinct stages:
Current compositions (2022–2026): These tracks—including Bootleg Moon, Riverbound, A Lil’ Bragging, Backslider, and Tangled Trails—define the current Scarlet Amber vision. They are experiments in genre fusion, pairing melodic hooks with authentic, narrative-driven storytelling.
Reimagined foundations: We have revisited and completely rearranged concepts from earlier band projects like Cuckoo Stompers and The Fool. Tracks such as One Last Stop, Sweet Tooth For Trouble, Left In A Ghost Town, and Two Strikes, I’m Gone retain their original spirit but have been re-envisioned to fit our current aesthetic.
Resurrected ideas: Some of our most personal pieces originate from unfinished fragments written in our teenage years. We have unearthed these early concepts—including Tried & Fried, Pardon The Mess, We All Get Lonely, and I Forgot—and rebuilt them with modern arrangements and new lyrics, bridging our past inspirations with our present sound.
The process
These songs are recorded in our studio in Isle Valley, utilizing a mix of acoustic instruments, analog equipment and modern production tools.
Our goal remains creating an organic, stripped-back nostalgic soundscape. We believe there is unique value in a song captured in its purest, most vulnerable form.
